⏰ JAC TET Shift Timings: Plan Your Exam Day

Because the jharkhand tet caters to two different levels of teachers (Primary and Upper Primary), the JTET exam date features two separate shifts. You must verify which shift is printed on your JTET admit card to avoid reporting at the wrong time.

Shift Details	Target Classes	Exam Timing	Reporting Time
Shift 1 (Morning)	Level 2 (Class 6 to 8 – Upper Primary)	9:30 AM to 12:00 PM	7:30 AM
Shift 2 (Afternoon)	Level 1 (Class 1 to 5 – Primary)	2:00 PM to 4:30 PM	12:00 PM

Important Note: The gates close precisely 30 minutes before the exam begins. Even if you have your jac tet admit card printed and ready, latecomers will not be permitted to enter the jac tet examination hall.

📥 How to Complete Your JTET Admit Card 2026 Download

The jac will not send your j tet admit card to your home address via post. The only way to obtain your hall ticket for the JTET exam date 2026 is through the JTET online system.

Follow these exact steps to secure your jharkhand tet admit card:

Open your browser and visit the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test | JHTET – 2026 for official jac tet portal (jactetonline.com or jac.jharkhand.gov.in).
On the homepage, locate the active blinking link for “Download JHTET 2026 ADMIT CARD“.

📚 Mastering the JTET Syllabus with a JTET Mock Test

With the JTET exam date 2026 confirmed for November 1, your preparation must shift from reading to testing. The JTET syllabus for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be solved in 150 minutes (2.5 hours). Since the jac JTET has no negative marking, candidates are encouraged to attempt every single question.

To maximize your speed, incorporating a daily JTET mock test is essential. Using a JTET online mock test simulator helps train your brain to handle the pressure of the 150-minute time limit. Focus heavily on Child Development & Pedagogy and your chosen regional languages, as these sections of the JTET syllabus are highly scoring.

📋 Mandatory Guidelines for the JTET Exam Date

When you arrive at the center on the JTET exam date 2026, the invigilators will strictly check your documents. Make sure you have the following ready:
